Return and Refund Policy
■ Customers outside Japan and EU member states
1. Returns and exchanges due to defective products
We will exchange the product free of charge if you contact us within 6 days of receiving the product.
If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will refund the full amount paid (including shipping).
Return shipping costs will be borne by us only in the case of defective products.
[Conditions for defective products]
- The size listed on the website is significantly different from the actual size (excluding ±3cm)
- The product has holes, tears, or serious defects
・The product I received was clearly different from the one I ordered.
- Missing button
-Other serious defects that hinder normal use
*As this is an overseas product, poor stitching, minor fraying, loose threads, slight errors, monitor differences, etc. are not considered defects.
*Unless we determine that the product does not need to be returned, please return the defective product using the method specified by us.

- Customer reasons (wrong size, wrong color, etc.)
・More than 6 days have passed since arrival
Used, washed, and processed
- Tags have been removed
・Sale items and items using coupons
- Hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories
・Products that are clearly marked as presale (reserved items)
- Products that cannot be verified, such as products where the product label has been discarded
・If the item is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
2. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it will be automatically processed and cancellations cannot be accepted.
3. Size Exchange
We do not accept size exchanges.
4. Inadequate address/long-term absence
If the item is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
If more than 14 days have passed since the product was returned to our warehouse, our storage obligation will end and the product may be disposed of.
In such cases, no refunds will be made unless there is intentional or gross negligence on our part.

Regarding loose threads, unless they cause holes when pulled, there is no problem with the product. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cut them off with scissors before use.
If you suspect there is a hole or other defect, please contact customer support with a photo attached.
Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
[About buttonholes]
Please note that as these are imported products, some bottoms such as jeans and denim may not have buttonholes. In this case, you will need to make holes yourself.
