These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the terms of use for the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by ZIRARA (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
By viewing, purchasing, registering as a member, or otherwise using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, our store's separate return and refund policy, shipping policy, privacy policy, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") constitute part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence.
Article 1 (Definition)

"Member" refers to a user who has registered in the manner prescribed by our store.
"Products" refers to items sold on the Service.
"Anti-social forces" refers to organized crime groups, organizations related to organized crime groups, and other similar organizations.
Article 2 (Application)
These terms and conditions apply to all relationships relating to the use of this service and the purchase of products.
Article 3 (Membership Registration)
Membership registration will be completed when the user agrees to these terms and conditions, applies, and is approved by our store.
Our store may refuse or cancel registration in the following cases:
False registration
If you have previously violated the terms
Risk of default on payment obligations
Relationships with anti-social forces
Any other case that the Company deems inappropriate
Minors must obtain the consent of their legal guardian to use the service.
Article 4 (ID and Password Management)
Users are responsible for managing their ID and password. We will not be liable for any damages caused by the use of a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
Article 5 (Conclusion of the sales contract)
A sales contract will be concluded when the user places an order and our store notifies the user that it accepts the order.
Our products may be ordered after receiving an order, and it may take 10 to 21 business days for delivery.
We may terminate the contract in the following cases:
Payment not confirmed
Suspected fraudulent orders
Out of stock/unable to supply
Long-term absence/incomplete address
Violation of Terms
Any other case that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Order Changes and Cancellations)
Once an order is placed, it will be automatically arranged and cannot be cancelled or changed in principle.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Article 7 (Price and Payment)
The price will be the price displayed for this service.
Payment methods are limited to those specified by our store.
Any disputes regarding payment shall be resolved between the user and the payment service provider.
Article 8 (Delivery and Risk of Loss)
Risk of loss passes to the User upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, transportation conditions, etc. unless the delay is due to intentional or gross negligence on our part.
Duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. for international shipping are imposed by the customs authorities of each country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that even if we are running a free shipping campaign, customs duties and taxes are not included.
Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Only defective products will be accepted outside Japan and the EU, and a 14-day withdrawal right applies to EU member states.
Article 10 (Prohibited matters)
Users must not:
Violation of laws and regulations
Fraudulent orders and purchases for resale purposes
Infringement of the rights of others
Server disruption
Unauthorized access
Involvement with antisocial forces
Any other actions that our store deems inappropriate
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The rights to the content on this service belong to our company or the rights holder. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Article 12 (Service Suspension and Changes)
We reserve the right to change or suspend the service as necessary.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
We do not guarantee that the service will be free from defects.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
This applies to the extent that it does not violate the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.
Article 14 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
The user guarantees that they are not affiliated with anti-social forces. If they violate this, the store may terminate the contract.
Article 15 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, which will become effective from the time of posting.
Article 16 (Severability)
Even if some provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the other provisions will remain valid.
Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Japanese law.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over our company's location as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
